All engagements may be subject to individual contracts. In case of conflict, the signed contract governs.
Golden Standard may suspend or terminate access for violations, nonpayment, or legal compliance. Termination does not relieve obligations incurred prior.
Golden Standard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed fees paid for services in the preceding six months.
All intellectual property related to Golden Standard remains our property. You may not use it without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
